EVA Air Takes the Skies at GBTA 2026: A 30x30 Custom Exhibit Built for the Business Travel Market
EVA Airways brought its 5 Star Airline experience to GBTA 2026 with a 30x30 custom island exhibit built by Artsolute Media Group (AMG). The booth turned an airplane fuselage into the centerpiece, using a curved structure, a tall green tail fin with the EVA Air logo, and an aviation-themed walkthrough that carried visitors from check-in to lounge. AMG designed, fabricated, installed, and produced all graphics for the space, including interactive product displays and a business presentation area.
The Booth
The floor plan gave EVA Air three clear zones: a chevron-patterned reception counter, an interactive product display area, and a presentation lounge with a wall-mounted rewards screen. An airport-style directional sign mapped the services, from priority check-in and business class to extra baggage and lounge access. A claw machine and lounge seating added the play-and-relax balance the business travel crowd responds to.
The Fuselage Exhibit
The signature element was the airplane fuselage. A large green tail fin carried the EVA Air globe and Star Alliance badge, while the fuselage side featured a graphic of an EVA Air plane taking off over a city at sunset, framed by five gold stars. The design reinforced the SKYTRAX 5 Star Airline message EVA Air has held for seven straight years.
Interactive Displays
Two illuminated display counters walked visitors through the EVA Air lifestyle. One counter highlighted Shopping, Dining, and Accommodation with physical props beside open luggage; the other covered Network, Transportation, and Experience. Above each counter, a large screen played the brand message, including the line ‘We carefully manage every detail.’
Counter Displays — Close-Up
Close-up photography captured the interactive display counters for the brand deck. Each counter combined illuminated signage with physical props: open luggage, lifestyle products, and interactive screens highlighting EVA Air's Shopping, Dining, Accommodation, Network, Transportation, and Experience categories.
Presentation Lounge
A central lounge with four ottoman benches facing a wall-mounted screen supported live presentations on the EVA Air rewards cycle: Rewards, Trips, Redeem, Points, and Flown Revenue. This is where the business audience sat down and learned how the loyalty program works.
Lounge & Hospitality
Additional seating angles captured the full hospitality design: four ottoman benches arranged around the presentation lounge, ambient lighting, and a claw machine that brought a playful counterpoint to the premium airline brand experience for the GBTA business travel audience.
Brand Experience Overview
Wide-angle views of the exhibit documented the complete walkthrough experience: from the green airport-style directional sign and chevron reception counter, to the fuselage centerpiece, interactive display zone, and lounge seating. Every touchpoint reinforced EVA Air's premium 5 Star Airline positioning at GBTA 2026.
Airport Service Signage
A green and black signpost, styled like an airport directional board, listed the service hierarchy: VIP Lounge, Reward / Upgrade Ticket, Priority Check-in, Business Class, Priority Baggage, Premium Economy Class, Extra Baggage, Economy Class. It made the booth instantly legible to GBTA attendees navigating the floor.
A Branded Walkthrough Experience for Business Travel Buyers
The EVA Air booth at GBTA 2026 gave business travel buyers a branded, walkthrough experience instead of a static display. The fuselage concept, interactive counters, and presentation lounge worked together to carry the airline's premium and 5 Star positioning across a 30x30 island footprint in Chicago, Illinois.
