We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Exhibition Design Assistant to join our creative team. In this paid role, you will support the development of compelling exhibition concepts through digital design, visual storytelling, and technical production. Your creativity and technical skills will help bring immersive environments to life, ensuring each project captures the essence of our clients' visions while adhering to high standards of craftsmanship and innovation.

• +Collaborate with senior designers to develop digital renderings, layouts, and visual concepts for exhibitions using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and SketchUp
• +Assist in creating compelling graphics and visual materials for interactive displays and promotional materials
• +Support the art direction process by sourcing or creating photography, illustrations, and other visual assets that enhance exhibit storytelling
• +Contribute to the development of 3D models and CAD drawings for fabrication using SketchUp or CAD software
• +Help prepare presentation materials that communicate design ideas clearly to clients and internal teams

• +Proven experience or strong interest in digital design, graphic design, or related fields with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work

• +Knowledge of typography principles, color theory, visual design fundamentals, and layout design best practices

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Management Assistant to support our PM team in managing trade show and exhibition projects from start to finish. You will coordinate timelines, track deliverables, communicate with vendors, and ensure smooth execution at show sites across the U.S.

• +Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking exhibition projects
• +Coordinate with clients, designers, fabrication shop, and vendors to ensure deadlines are met
• +Prepare and maintain project documentation including timelines, BOMs, and shipping manifests
• +Track project budgets, purchase orders, and material procurement
• +Communicate with freight carriers and coordinate show site logistics
• +Attend trade show installations and dismantles (travel required)

Every project that leaves our shop depends on logistics execution to get it to the show floor on time.

You'll own the shipping execution pipeline from the moment a crate leaves our dock to the moment a signed BOL lands on the Operations Manager's desk. You're not designing logistics strategy; you're the person who makes sure the truck shows up, the paperwork is right, and nothing falls through the cracks.

• +Manage vendor/carrier account setup and carrier onboarding
• +Schedule and coordinate FTL/LTL pickups and deliveries for trade show freight
• +Source carriers, compare rates, book trucks
• +Coordinate FedEx, UPS, and small parcel shipping arrangements
• +Call drivers directly confirm ETA, resolve delays, be the person who picks up when the team asks 'where's the truck'

• +Collect and organize trade show and event shipping information from clients and PM team
• +Review delivery addresses, marshaling yard instructions, target move-in dates, and pickup deadlines
• +Coordinate with internal teams to determine shipment volume, pallet counts, and freight requirements

• +Prepare and issue Bills of Lading for every shipment
• +Chase down signed BOLs post-delivery no BOL = no proof of delivery
• +Collect carrier invoices, verify charges, hand off for payment

• +Generate shipping labels for outbound orders
• +Track purchased fulfillment inventory against project needs
• +Flag when stock levels hit reorder points

• +Keep the Operations Manager and PM team updated on shipment status
• +Flag issues early don't wait until a missed delivery becomes a client call

• +Knows the difference between FTL and LTL, and when to use each
