TikTok needed to capture Gen Z attention at UCLA's Bruin Plaza during back-to-school season 2025. We built a 10x20 custom pop-up with Content-First Design Strategy — high-contrast neon fabrication, TikTok-optimized photo moments, and weather-resistant materials for constant foot traffic. Every detail was engineered to be camera-ready, transforming the plaza into an open-air content studio that felt native to the platform.
