Youngs Communication and Marketing Inc. at Identity V Championship 2026: Event Experience, Indoor and Outdoor
The Identity V Championship ran at Optimist Studios in Los Angeles on September 12-13, 2026. Artsolute Media Group (AMG) designed, fabricated, and installed the core event build for the Identity V Championship. The event used two environments, an outdoor studio lot and an indoor arena, on one property. Youngs Communication and Marketing Inc. is a returning AMG client.
Red Carpet, Lit Palms, and a Championship Banner
The entrance faces the street with a red carpet laid over the asphalt and a gold emblem set into it. Velvet rope on brass stanchions traces the walk line from the lot to the door, and the championship banner is strung between two palm trees wrapped in string lights. The venue door is dressed with the event banner in white on black above the opening. A round red carpet and rope line mark the lot-side approach, with palm decorations at the edges and yellow bollards holding the walk clear.
Registration Tents in the Studio Lot
Two white canopy tents sit at the edge of the lot with a printed Registration backdrop behind the counters. Black-draped tables carry the IdentityV logo, and a stanchion queue runs along the lot with portrait panels set between the posts. The backdrop prints Registration above the counters, with character art carried into the panels at each end. Both tents carry the same printed face, so the pair reads as one registration station.
A Memory Wall and the Standee Line
The Memory Wall stands against the hedge as a printed backdrop with the IdentityV mark and two blank white panels. Character standees flank it on both sides, and a "Write Your Message" board leans at the edge of the wall. Black-draped logo tables and white umbrellas sit just off the hedge, with a stanchion line running past them. The backdrop keeps the same blue as the registration print, so the two zones read as one.
The Beach Photo Area and the Character Sculpture
The photo area sits on the lot side of the entrance as a beach set, with an orange sun backdrop and palm cutouts set behind a round red platform. A lifeguard-tower set and two surfboards finished with sunset graphics stand at the platform edge. The character sculpture sits on its own platform at the side of the set, under an umbrella, with an LED strip at the base. Star cubes flank the platform and frame the set's edges.
Three Screens Over the Arena Stage
Inside, the arena stage carries three screens, with the widest at the center and a branded panel on each side. A truss rig spans the house with the lighting package, and rows of seating face the stage under the screens. The center screen sits above the stage floor, and the side panels align with it. The stage floor stays open in front of the seating, with the center aisle running back to the doors.
The Round Trophy Platform
The trophy platform sits at the center of the arena floor: a round, stone-look drum printed with a gold starburst. A white pedestal stands at its center with the trophy on top, and banner stands carrying character art flank the stage behind it. The floor around the platform stays open on all sides. The gold graphic reads clearly from the back of the house.
The Championship Desk and the IVC Medallion
The desk is a full wood-faced front carrying the IdentityV Championship lettering and the round IVC medallion. Close up, the lettering and the medallion print as one face across the wood. Red bucket seats sit behind it, and the desk top runs as a straight counter across the front. Character-art banners stand on either side of the desk.
An Outdoor Lot and an Indoor Arena, One Event
The build split across an outdoor studio lot and an indoor arena. Outside, the lot held the entrance, two registration tents, the Memory Wall, and the beach photo area. Inside, the arena held the championship stage, the desk, and the trophy platform. Every type of element shown here, from printed backdrops to custom platforms, is within AMG's in-house fabrication capability.
